You do not have to assume. Your case should already be with the Dallas BEC. When your lawyer says she does not know which BEC your case was sent to, she is either not being forthright with you or is completely uninformed.

I edited my previous post since I had missed the gist of your question. But here is the additional information pasted again.
From the point of recruitment to application, it took about 3 months. I hope it is faster for you. Make sure you get all your previous jobs experience letters at the soonest. That's what took me a long time otherwise the time period from recruitment to application would have been 2 months i.e. approximately 8 weeks.

got a screenshot for 7th yr extention ... half the columns are filled... May be that is the reason the 45 day letter is not generated.

By the way there is a CNN/YOUTUBE debate for democrats/republican presidential election candidates going on... This event will get a lot of media coverage.
I understand we need a channalized approach, can IV team take over the task? I saw the democratic debate and there were 2800 questions posed by neumerous people on various problems like immigration, healthcare etc.

I have done 3 years Polytechnic and then after three years Mechanical engineering Degree.I got approval in EB2 without any rfe or any trouble.Just to note I do have 10 years of progressigve experience in Mechanical field and my current position requires at least 5 years of experience.

Mine took almost two year's after numerous SR's and calls to USCIS.
Couple of visits to the USCIS office and finally had to get my senator involved. All for the AP document.

How do we know this person is not trying to be a sensasionalist?? He/She may be trying to confuse people who are already confused by USCIS. Unless there are more people like that we cannnot know for sure if thats really happening.
think before you write something(sensationalist?).
I believe the objective of this forum is to let member to share his knowledge/events that could be helpful other members to get a clear picture or to have an idea. so if a member is sharing something why he would necessarily want to be a sensationalist ? and what if he proven to be right?

Finally our AP is approved and the status is "Document production or Oath Ceremony" online. Can we travel out of the country before we get the document is in hand or do we have have the document while we leave the country ?
